Samantha Riley Walton
I’m a designer from Bend, Oregon, with a BFA in Graphic Design from Montana State University and currently pursuing a Master’s in Interaction and Digital Design at Politecnico di Milano. I’m interested in how design and emerging technology can work together to solve real problems, especially when there is an opportunity to adapt technology in a new or unexpected way. Outside of design, I spend as much time as I can skiing, exploring the mountains, traveling to new places, or hanging out with my cat, Boogie. Living and studying in the U.S., Sweden, and Italy has also shaped how I approach design, pushing me to stay curious, adaptable, and open to different ways of thinking.

Bozeman Hot Springs / 2021-26
Graphic Designer
Worked on a mix of print and branding projects for Bozeman Hot Springs, including posters, banners, cups, labels, wraps, and other branded materials. I also helped develop the branding and identity for their gym and café.
Yellow Dog Fly Fishing / 2023
Graphic Designer Intern
Worked on a large project organizing and designing 40+ pre-trip guides for different fly-fishing destinations. I received the copy from the destination directors and designed each guide around the specific location while keeping the overall system consistent.
Western CPE / 2024
Graphic Designer Intern
Worked alongside the design team on social media graphics, white paper layouts, and website updates. I helped adapt content across different formats while keeping everything consistent with the brand.
